Terms of Sale

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you, the purchaser, and Switchcraft Armory. By placing an order, you affirm you are of legal age (18+) and that the products ordered comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws in your jurisdiction.

Ordering & Pricing: All orders are offers to purchase at the listed price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or inventory error. All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD). Purchaser is responsible for all applicable sales tax, VAT, customs duties, or import fees.

Intellectual Property: All product designs, technical drawings, machining specifications, installation procedures, logos, and website content are the exclusive intellectual property of Switchcraft Armory. Reproduction, reverse-engineering, or commercial use of our technical data is strictly prohibited.

Product Use & Compliance: It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that any product purchased is legal to own, possess, and install in their jurisdiction. Purchaser assumes all liability for the lawful use and installation of all products. Components are sold as individual pieces, not as assembled devices, and are intended for installation by qualified individuals. We are not a federal firearms licensee (FFL) and do not sell firearms or completed firearms frames/receivers.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Switchcraft Armory's liability for any claim arising from your purchase or use of our products shall be limited to the purchase price of the product in question. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, damage to other equipment, or injury resulting from improper installation, misuse, or failure to comply with laws.
