Shipping Policy

All shipments are processed and dispatched according to a strict logistical protocol to ensure accuracy and chain-of-custody documentation.

Processing Time: Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days. This time is required for order verification, precision picking, and final quality control inspection of the packaged components. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays begin processing the next business day.

Carriers & Tracking: We ship exclusively via FedEx Ground and UPS Ground for domestic orders. All shipments include full tracking and insurance. Tracking information and expected delivery dates are automatically provided via email upon carrier pickup. We do not use USPS for any shipments.

Domestic Shipping: Contiguous United States only. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination zone.

International Shipping: We do not ship internationally under any circumstances. Our products are not authorized for export and are only available for sale within the contiguous United States.

Address Accuracy: You are responsible for providing the correct, complete shipping address. We are not liable for packages lost, delayed, or returned due to an incorrect address provided by the purchaser. Address corrections after shipment are subject to carrier fees.
